I hardly care either way, but you always seemed rather concerned with it.

[It's probably a good thing Dave stumbles over the words before he actually gets to them, because otherwise Shun would have committed the most humiliating double-take in history. The one he does regardless is already less than subtle.]

[There's a moment there where Shun looks vaguely disgusted, less at the notion of this and more that Dave's apparently soothed enough by the idea of Shun screwing up that it might make this better for him.

Time to ruin that notion, then.

With a brief hiss of dissent and a shake of the head, he steps forward in that quick way he tends to when he's moving with intent. Winding one hand around the back of Dave's head - and into his hair about as painfully as he can get it, because you don't admit you want to see Shun fail if you want good treatment from him - he forces his mouth against the other in what's honestly more of a bite than a kiss, frustrated and spiteful and generally trying to be as unpleasant as possible right now.]

[He wants to protest at having his hair yanked like that because that fucking hurts you prick, but then Shun effectively seals off his ability to speak and he settles for clawing at Shun's chest like a really disgruntled cat instead - let go, you douche.

Then Shun's biting him and he's got better things to worry about than his hair. Ow, ow, shit, holy fuck Shun sucks at this oh god why is his life so terrible all the time.

He bites back with equal fierceness, no longer giving a shit about bruised or bleeding lips or anything else anymore because fuck you, two can play at this game. His hands settle around Shun's dumb scarf and he wraps his fingers around the fabric, yanking and twisting it downwards. He hopes you choke.]

[Dammit, he should have seen that coming, but there's a brief, protesting gasp when his scarf twists altogether too tightly against his throat. The knot's starting to press into the side of his neck, but it's going to take more than that to make him give in.

So in return, he pulls harder, nails digging into the scalp, and digs his free hand into Dave's jaw, pushing it further open and forcing himself further in. If this is becoming a contest of endurance or dominance, he's not going to let himself lose.

The hard bite to Dave's tongue as soon as he reaches it isn't exactly a subtle communicator of that, either.]

[Nope. Oh god there is something touching his tongue and it doesn't belong to him.

He makes a disgruntled grunt, and his hands immediately shoot to pry Shun's hands from his face. He pushes back against the hand tangled in his hair.

He wants out of this godawful kiss, and he wants it now.]

[He'll consider that a yield, for the purposes of not drawing things out far longer than they need to be. Untangling his fingers and withdrawing, he steps back to look at Dave with a bit of a raised eyebrow.]

For someone so amused by the prospect of me being bad at that, you weren't particularly impressive yourself.

[Yep, that tone is at about the level of interest you'd expect from someone who'd just had an uneventful morning walk rather than...that. The only thing that would indicate anything even remotely off to an onlooker is how Shun's stil readjusting his scarf a little.]

[And that's all the response Shun gets for the next couple of minutes, as Dave doubles over and furiously wipes at his tongue, making exaggerated ughs and fake retching sounds all the while.]

[And would you look at that, Shun's frowning a little confusedly at how vehement Dave's getting about this. Sure, they're still on less-than-stellar terms for the foreseeable future, but honestly.]

What difference does it make if I "touched your tongue" or not? You were trying to choke me, it was hardly the worst thing in that whole situation. If you didn't want it to be a fight, then reacting like that was a stupid decision.

[That faint whistling sound in the distance is the the point leaving the stratosphere as it goes over Shun's head.]

And if you did, then you shouldn't have given up so easily.
