Okay, before i make my choice: if I pick the first option, do I just say what's on my mind whenever I want to talk, or am I just never able to stop talking and saying whatever I'm thinking at the moment?

Because if I can control it to some degree I'm cool with that, but like, a lifetime of sign language and post-it notes is probably better than literal mouth diarrhea.
