IIIIIT'S THAT TIME AGAIN, FOLKS! It's been just about a month since the last CR meme and with all the new arrivals coming into the game, it seemed like as good a time as any for a new CR meme! For all your CR needs, whether it's hooking up your character with some new CR, introducing your new arrival or making some plans with your already existing CR.

You can also use this meme to give your fellow players some contact methods for yourself, and any other info you'd like to share -- but that's not mandatory, so don't worry! Just fill in the form below, and let's get planning!

Currently Up To...: She has honestly been pretty slow. A lot of interesting things have been happening so for now she's mostly been has been just watching.
Future Plans: She needs to start creeping around again and make people uncomfortable. :3c
CR You'd Like: Annny...? Um... well, if I'm being more specific, she needs to have both positive and negative CR. She's an annoying brat by default, but that being said she does try to have other people's interests in mind. Sort of. But anybody that'll get her out of her quiet shell would be keen.
CR You Wouldn't Like: A certain degree of meanness is okay, but I would rather not go full-on character warfare. She's a proud squid deity and will not back down from a fight.
Important Notes: Squid deity from beyond the planets. Incredibly pretentious and strong-willed, she will not back down from a fight or stop thinking she's better than you in almost all ways. That being said, she's also a curious squid and will try to find out more about you if you give her a reason to. Just don't get her to say many positive things beyond "interesting."

Currently Up To...: January has been a very busy month for her! She got here, been making a total muck up of social situations, and is generally being a fish out of water both socially and adjusting to the new environment.
Future Plans: Continuing to build up her CR right now. She was briefly giving the idea of taking on part-time work serious consideration, but since decided she probably would be miserable doing that. She may revisit this and consider other of being able to make money. Beyond this, she's probably going to start joining the crystal gem monster capture group, since she knows she's good at that.
CR You'd Like: Annny...? Okay but seriously, she's still very new here so letting her have the opportunity to be with people on a personal basis is both weird, unusual, and totally necessary. Frankly, I would love to meet somebody that tries to have her act more like the teenage girl that she is than the 40-year-old general that she acts like. Somebody take this girl shopping or on a sleep over. She'd be awful at it. (Or approach it like she would a war campaign...)
CR You Wouldn't Like: Anything to do with genocide and clowns. Probably a bit too soon.
Important Notes: This woman has more or less been a child soldier from the word go. She has been breed for combat, has studied and learned military strategy, and may even have a little knowledge of how tanks and mortar is constructed and maintained. Anything that is not these things though she has only observed. She has also seen the end of the world and has been seriously confronted with the possibility that she was the last person left alive. So there's that trigger button right there, too. She'll defend and fight for you to the death, but that may also mean having her get to know you first.

Character's Name: Connie Maheswaran!
Currently Up To...: Right now she's taking in all the information she's given about Tiger's Eye, training and working at Jane's. On top of the list is her boyfriend Steven, of course!
Future Plans: Definitely want to get her more involved in organizing things to help the people of Waverly Bay. She's still trying to get a grasp on things here, feeling out the best way to deal with high pressure situations,hoping to continue to understand what Waverly Bay is all about.
CR You'd Like: I like Connie getting a little bit of everything. She's a girl who finds the concepts of other worlds and magic and creatures so fascinating, and she wants to learn as much as she can, so she can apply it to people she knows.
CR You Wouldn't Like: I don't think I have that yet. I even think negative CR is good.
Important Notes: Connie is self sufficient, so she doesn't take well to being treated like a little kid unless the person in question is undeniably her upperclassman who both values her input and intelligence yet still wants to teach her things.

Currently Up To...: Mostly trying to figure out what to do with herself. With no job and no lusus to feed, she has a lot more free time on her hands than she's ever had before.
Future Plans: In the coming weeks and as game plot allows, Feferi's going to start trying to enrich herself, and probably also get a job, because not having money kind of sucks.
CR You'd Like: Open to anything! I'd love CR that can teach her domestic skills, or get her into some new hobbies! She lived underwater for most of her life, and presumably had most goods provided to her, because troll society is weird. She doesn't know how to do things like cook or sew. She needs some hobbies, too! She's already a good swimmer, but I could see her getting into something that involves flexibility, like dancing, gymnastics, or yoga.
CR You Wouldn't Like: I'm not entirely opposed to it, but negative CR right out the gate can be hit or miss with Feferi's demeanor, as she just won't talk to someone if she really, really doesn't like them.
Important Notes: Feferi is a teenager and be kind of rude sometimes. Please feel free to have your characters tell her off! By virtue of being an alien, she can also make some pretty weird conclusions.

After a talk between Connie and Ichigo, Connie realized that Tiger Eye's attempt to fix the warp pad that failed will probably go smoother with Peridot at the helm!

So it should be obvious that I hope Connie and Celes get to hang out more-not only with training, but with Connie helping her on the OTHER side of things, what with shopping and having fun. Connie may have an old soul(she's been told this a few times) but the girl definitely knows how to have fun too, and would not miss a chance to drag Celes along for a shopping spree or a day at the amusement park!

Well, the thing is... Peridot doesn't have any of her robonoids to assist her. Unless there's another way that Tiger knows, Peridot won't really know what to do.

Currently Up To...: Figuring out how to live with hands that catch fire whenever he's angry, working at Cod 'n' Spuds, and yelling at people a lot.
Future Plans: I'm looking forward to having his insecurities come out once he learns about shapeshifting. There's also a healing-related power I intend for him to earn eventually, which I'm thinking could come up by accidentally burning someone... But he'll have to go through another event for that first.
CR You'd Like: Karkat could always use more friends, and people to bond with over fondness for romcoms/romance novels or shitty pasts. Negative CR is always great, too, since Karkat's good at lots of over the top emotional shenanigans.
CR You Wouldn't Like: Can't think of anything particular.
Important Notes: Karkat's shouty and prone to a lot of vulgarity, and he also died kind of horribly before showing up here, just in case those bug you.

Methods of Contact: hologramblue feel free to friend! When RL gets busy I keep up with Plurk way better than game comms so pinging me on Plurk is a reliable way to get my attention for anything.
Future Plans: Not at the moment.

Character's Name: Walter
Currently Up To...: ....A LOT OF MONSTER-STABBING TBH. Walter's finally warming up to the place a little - he's a Ryslig CRAU so he was kind of in a rut for his first month here, but the temple lock-in kind of...did....something. So now he's not one-hundred-percent grouchy all the time, but he is fantastically bored and Walter deals with boredom by going and fighting things that could kill him. So.

Future Plans: For the most part right now I'm letting things happen as they happen, but I am having Walter go through an "arc" about his shapeshifting which should last a long while. Right now, he has no conscious control over his shapeshifting, and it reacts only to his expectations re: his merman form changing (so he turns fishbutt in the water, and if foggy weather happens, he'll take on a really monstrous form). The reason for this is that Walter associates transformation with powerlessness and other great things like that, so he subconsciously flinches away from using shapeshifting - if/when he does manage to break into using it, it'll get way worse before it gets better, kind of like Cat Fingers except with less...cat fingers. Power activated, but poor conscious control over it.

No ETA on when this will actually happen, though, it all depends on character development. He has realized that shapeshifting is a thing that people do and that he can't figure out how to activate and it's mildly bugging him.

CR You'd Like: Friends would be good. He's got a good handful of friendly acquaintances, but Walter is a very social beast underneath his emotional turmoil of the day, and he needs people whose door he can bang on when he's bored and wants to do something probably illegal or at the very least unwise. And people who will reciprocate and get all up in his business.

CR You Wouldn't Like: Not that I can think of.

Important Notes: He's a Ryslig CRAU so he does have some Issues, and I have an outbound permissions for that here if you don't want to hear about things that eat people!

Shun Kurosaki | Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V

Character's Name: Shun Kurosaki
Currently Up To...: Agonising mildly over getting his (currently kidnapped back in his world) little sister's bracelet back off the incredibly generous temple, being slightly less awful than usual, actually talking to some new people for once.
Future Plans: He's getting canon updated very soon (this week if I can swing it, but if not, it'll be next week). This will result in some slight easing of his edges; he'll be much more inclined to make friends with and trust (to a degree) people he shares similar histories or aims to, he'll be slightly less of a prig about working with others when he doesn't choose to, and he'll have a more obvious soft spot for kids, because he got reminded partially of what he was actually fighting for back home. Then again, since this is Shun, the actual "obviousness" of that soft spot remains to be seen.
CR You'd Like: ALL THE THINGS. Shun's kind of an abrasive dick for admittedly valid reasons but that usually makes his responses to very open/kind/friendly characters hilarious if they're prepared to take a bit of surly frowning and bluntness/insults. I would also not say no to negative CR, because he doesn't actually get to properly get shitty at people very often.
CR You Wouldn't Like: None, as far as I can think of?
Important Notes: A couple of things:
-Shun's gem replaced his right eye. Existing CR obviously knows this, but as I occasionally forget to note it in thread starts with new CR or toplevels, I always figure it's good to have here.
-Shun has (admittedly kinda vague in-series) PTSD. It's not likely to come up particularly often, but if he's pushed on the circumstances of his war he will seize up and kind of shut down briefly. On the flipside, if he brings it up himself he could talk for a day. Go figure.
-Shun carries knives in a super obvious/visible location (strapped to one thigh), if you're character's the type to react badly to someone obviously armed then that is also a thing.

Currently Up To...: Studying against for her certification exam while hanging around Richard Walker who was locked inside during the recent event. Of course, technically she's already taken the exam at this point so... more waiting for those results.
Future Plans: Whenever the Canon Update is changed, I'm planning to update her passed DRRP Round Three. Not that she'll have the same feelings about all the participants since she wasn't involved personally this time, but she'll know that she 'accidentally' (purposely) took home a good amount of Monobear Kids to foster. There are other plans as well, but those are a secret.
CR You'd Like: Naomi is a very secretive woman even after being through DRRP and getting yeah, yeah, she should open up to more people because secrets kill. Though, she was always a character that would, well, consider herself before killing someone else let's put it that way. So, she needs CR that is willing to try getting past this secretiveness and wonder 'why you be so cold?' on the outside when she's really nice inside. Honestly, she's Team Medic and one-half of Team Parent present.

Though, I'm also up for characters being like 'Wow, she's a bitch' and completely try to be the more negative CR ever... Just know that Naomi isn't a woman you wanna be on the wrong side of.
CR You Wouldn't Like: Naomi's good with most situations and stopping an interaction if she doesn't want it so I'm pretty open to most everything.
Important Notes: Naomi's been through Dangan Roleplay and MyLittleJamjar. Besides that, there's her canon so she's seen some... stuff.
